Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat and other channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services and company policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Record and update customer information in the system.
• Identify customer needs and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess OND/HND or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• 1-3 years experience in customer service or a related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
