Job description

A customer service officer is responsible for interacting with consumers on behalf of their workplace.
Their responsibilities include responding to customer enquiries by phone or email, participating in team meetings to improve communication methods and staying current on the company’s products and services.

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess relevant qualification with 4 – 6 years experience.

Salary
N120,000 – N180,000 per month.
