We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Officer / Cashier

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Process cash, POS, and bank transfer payments accurately.
• Maintain daily sales / expenses records and reconcile cash and transactions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a memorable shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection and drive sales through upselling and cross-selling.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and support basic accounting tasks.
• Ensure the showroom and cashier’s area are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Safeguard company assets and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• OND/HND/B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in bookkeeping, cashiering, customer service, or retail sales.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel .
• Excellent communication, numerical, and customer service skills.
• Sales-driven, detail-oriented, and highly trustworthy.
• Previous experience in luxury retail is an added advantage.
