Job Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers and visitors, handle enquiries, support sales activities, manage communications and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and visitors professionally.
• Respond to enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
• Provide basic information about products and services.
• Direct enquiries to the appropriate department.
• Record customer complaints and ensure follow-up.
• Support sales with enquiries and lead generation.
• Maintain customer records.
• Follow up on requests and outstanding enquiries.
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls.
• Maintain an organized reception area
• Schedule appointments and meetings where required.
• Ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements

• 1-3 years in customer service, front desk, reception, sales support, call centre or related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Friendly, professional and customer-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Professional use of WhatsApp and email.
• Good organization and multitasking skills.
• Sales or technical-product experience is an advantage.
• Solar/renewable-energy knowledge is an added advantage.
