Virtual PALyn – Our client, who is into medical equipments, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service / Digital Marketer

Location: Nyanya, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Reponsibilities

  • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
  • Document reporting or call history in the required format and maintain complete and accurate records
  • Contact the client to resolve matters related to their orders
  • Report client concerns using established protocols
  • Understands the importance of Quality Service and how it is measured
  • Escalates issues as appropriate using established protocols
  • Administer customer surveys to access customer satisfaction
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional, personal customer support.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to walk-in customers.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
  • Plan and manage our social media platforms.
  • Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
  • Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
  • Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
  • Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
  • Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects
  • Prepare weekly report.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree with 3 – 5 years relevant work experience.

Salary
N40,000 – N60,000 Monthly.
