Job Summary

• We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Executive to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the achievement of company revenue targets. The successful candidate will identify sales opportunities, understand customer needs, and provide suitable products or services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product or service information.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to management.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years experience in sales
• Must have know how to drive and have a valid license
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Customer-focused and target-driven.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
