We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Relations Officer

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time
Department: Customer Service / Operations
Reports To: Customer Relations Manager / Branch Manager

Job Summary

  • The Customer Relations Officer is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • The role focuses on maintaining positive relationships with clients and supporting the company’s customer service objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers’ needs are met effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and overall customer experience.
  • Support customer onboarding and post-service follow-up.
  • Prepare and share reports on customer feedback and service performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 0 – 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Age: Not more than 25 years old.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution ability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic customer management tools.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision.

Salary
N140,000 – N170,000 / month
