Job Title: Customer Experience Officer

Location: Dugbe, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

• We’re looking for a warm, sharp, and reliable Customer Exprience Officer to be the face of DreamPOD.
• You’ll be the first and last impression every guest has of us, so we need someone who genuinely enjoys people and pays attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
• Take and deliver orders accurately and promptly
• Handle POS transactions and balance the till at the end of shift
• Log daily sales correctly
• Gather feedback from guests and flag concerns to management
• Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house area

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND is an advantage
• Prior experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus but not compulsory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable handling cash and POS systems
• Punctual, honest, and able to stay composed under pressure.
