Job Title: Customer Experience Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Customer Experience Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring service excellence, resolving escalations, and maintaining consistent service standards across all customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer experience from enquiry through event execution
• Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and venue teams
• Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction
• Gather customer feedback and prepare service improvement reports
• Ensure adherence to company service standards
• Support monthly and annual sales targrts

Requirements

• OND / HND / BSc in a relevant field
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or service operations is an advantage
• Strong professional presence and service mindset
• Must Stay in close proximity to Ikeja

Salary
N85,000 – N100,000 monthly.
