Job Title: Customer Experience / Logistics Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Customer Experience / Logistics Officer oversees the end-to-end order fulfillment process, manages both the in-store and online customer experience, ensures smooth operational logistics, and fosters customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Provide information about products, services, and orders to customers.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Track and report on customer feedback and issues to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipping logistics, ensuring timely and cost-efficient delivery of products to customers.
  • Negotiate with carriers and logistics partners (DHL, Bus Company, Dispatch riders, etc.) for the best rates and services.
  • Manage customer orders and ensure timely, accurate deliveries, while working closely with the customer service team.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize logistics processes and reduce transportation costs while maintaining quality standards.
  • Provide regular reports on product deliveries, transportation performance, and costs to the Creative Director.
  • Attend to clients who come onsite.
  • Continuously seek out ways to streamline and improve logistics processes.
  • Represent the Company positively and professionally on all platforms.
  • Ensure all communication aligns with the Company’s brand voice and values.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive brand image.
  • Prepare reports on customer service metrics and social media performance for management to review.

Person Specification

  • B.Sc Degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control standards and procedures.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with inventory management software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Commitment to upholding high standards of quality, integrity, and professionalism in all aspects of work.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
