We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Care Service Representative

Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to solve issues and questions about products services policies
• Maintain a positive and friendly tone with customers at all times
• Recruit potential customers by recommending goods and services
• Establish new customers accounts and record account informations
• Listen to customers complaints and try to identify the cause of their problems
• Identify the appropriate response and strategy to solve customers issues
• Be able to handle large amount of phone calls, chats, emails.

Requirements

• The company is looking for fresh, young and energetic graduates with a passion for sales, must beknowledgeable in business and computer literate
• Interested applicants should be resident within Ogba, Ikeja, Agege, Ojodu, Berger. Denro, Ojota, Ketu and other surrounding environments.

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 / month.
