Honour Flow Group of Companies is a group of companies with over 500 staff across Delta State. The company owns several subsidiaries with variety of products and services available to customers, across the country. The sub-firms include eateries, massive warehouse (for sales of condiments, flour, and homely products in bulk), water factory, bakery, juice and ice-cream factory, gas station, filling station, and many others.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Care Officer / Representative

Location: Ughelli, Delta
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

  • Supervising the daily operations of the customer service department
  • Creating a reliable customer loyalty program
  • Setting customer service goals for team members and helping them reach those goals
  • Interacting with customers and handling customer queries and complaints in a timely manner
  • Maintaining relationships with customers
  • Making weekly and monthly reports and surveys
  • Staying current on the latest industry trends and techniques
  • Providing introductory information to prospective and new customers
  • Ensuring that consumers are satisfied with products or services by handling complaints and inquiries
  • Following up with clients or customers by phone or email to check that they’re still satisfied with their purchases
  • Letting patrons know about additional products or services that might benefit them
  • Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions
  • Escalating queries and concerns, when necessary
  • Troubleshooting common issues with products or services
  • Working with a team ofCSRsand other departments to find appropriate solutions to problems
  • Supervise customer service team.
