Role Summary

• Serves as the primary contact point for customers, ensuring prompt, courteous, and effective support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests
• Provide product and service information
• Log and track customer interactions
• Escalate unresolved issues appropriately
• Support customer onboarding and retention.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification with 2 – 4 years experience.
