Job Summary

• We seek a friendly, empathetic Customer Care Representative to provide exceptional service to our clients, tenants, and stakeholders.
• The ideal candidate will resolve issues efficiently, address concerns, and promote our brand.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service (80%):

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Resolve tenant and customer complaints/concerns promptly.
• Provide property information, updates, and documentation.
• Conduct client satisfaction surveys.

Administrative Tasks (10%):

• Maintain accurate records and databases.
• Update CRM software.
• Process customer feedback.

Communication and Collaboration (5%):

• Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Property Management).
• Ensure seamless issue resolution.

Business Development (5%):

• Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell services.
• Promote company events and promotions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score.
• First Response Time (FRT).
• Resolution Rate.
• Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Requirements

• Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degrees in Customer Service, Marketing, or related fields
• 1 – 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in real estate.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM software.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.

Desirable Qualities:

• Real estate industry knowledge.
• Certification in customer service.
• Fluency in multiple languages.
