Job Title: Customer Care & Business Support Executive

Job Summary

• The Customer Care / Business Support Executive is expected to generate the maximum amount of profitable sales through the achievement of sales targets individually and also as a team To Ensure client’s customers are completely satisfied and comfortable with the products and services rendered.

Key Duties / Responsibilities
New Business generation.

• Operational efficiency via effective and efficient service delivery Cost reduction via effective and efficient service delivery.
• To carry out quality checks on products and ensure that they conform to required standards.
• Be conversant with all products and services of the company and current prices Maximize and optimize sales using all the tools of social media for business generation i.e. internet, instagram, LinkedIn Twitter, and e-commerce.
• Raise sales orders and follow up with Design & Production Unit to ensure delivery deadlines are met.
• Track outsourced jobs through the Design & Production Unit to ensure delivery deadlines are met.
• Manage existing relationships, and deepen and expand sales annually.
• Maintain accurate and updated client’s database to deepen existing relationships.
• Assist in the diversification of our customer/product/service base by generating a minimum of 5 sales leads per month Attend presentations as the need arises as well as prepare bids, quotations, sales orders etc.
• Ensure error-free documentation of sales and follow up with payment and withholding tax certificates as the need arises.
• Check items before they are branded to ensure that they conform to clients’ requirements in terms of color, quality, finish, etc.
• Check finished products to ensure they conform to the client’s requirements.
• Carry out physical count of the finished product before delivery Complete check sheets summarizing checks carried out and results.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of quality standards.
• Provide advice and guidance to managers and staff on total quality management and continuous improvement Make follow-up calls.
• Know your production process Notify the head of the relevant unit of any discrepancies.
• Ensure that all samples taken from the showroom are returned and properly arranged.
• Register and track items taken out for presentation.
• Achieve sales targets.

Requirements

• A Degree in related
• 2-4 years experience as a call center or customer service agent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
• Proactive in problem-solving
• Ability to use standard office software Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment.
• Team Spirit Relationship Management.
• Ability to work with others to resolve issues Ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong networking skills Thorough products and process knowledge Relevant training in Quality Management. Knowledge of relevant quality standards.
