We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Crushing Manager

Location: Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the palm kernel crushing plant to achieve production targets.
• Ensure efficient extraction of Palm Kernel Oil (PKO) and Palm Kernel Cake (PKC) while minimizing production losses.
• Monitor plant performance and optimize machine efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of plant equipment.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and production procedures.
• Enforce HSE policies and strict PPE compliance.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production, maintenance and inventory reports.
• Manage manpower, production schedules and operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Possess a B.Sc. or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Agricultural Engineering or a related discipline with at least 8 years’ relevant experience in palm kernel crushing, and at least 4 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of palm kernel crushing operations, plant equipment, maintenance and quality management.
• Excellent leadership, people management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of Nigerian regulatory requirements, HSE standards and industry best practices.

Salary
N600,000 – N800,000 monthly.
