Role Overview

• We are seeking a strategic, forward-thinking, and highly creative Creative Marketing Strategist to develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning, increase visibility, engage target customers, and drive measurable business growth.
• The ideal candidate should combine strong strategic thinking with creativity, commercial awareness, and a deep understanding of the fashion and luxury market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-driven marketing and brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Develop strategies that strengthen brand positioning within the fashion and luxury market.
• Collaborate with creative and social media teams to maintain consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer insights, and growth opportunities.
• Lead the development of brand campaigns, storytelling initiatives, and marketing activations.
• Identify and develop strategic collaborations, brand partnerships, and influencer opportunities.
• Lead brainstorming and strategic planning sessions with internal teams.
• Monitor brand performance, customer feedback, campaign results, and market response.
• Use performance data to refine marketing strategies and improve results.
• Ensure brand consistency across social media, packaging, events, customer
• interactions, and other touchpoints.
• Translate brand concepts and creative direction into clear marketing messages and campaigns.
• Work closely with content creators, designers, social media teams, and other creative professionals.
• Present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to management.
• Develop marketing initiatives that contribute directly to customer acquisition, engagement, and sales.

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Creative Marketing Strategist, Brand Manager, Marketing Strategist, or similar role.
• Previous experience within the fashion, luxury, beauty, or lifestyle industry is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, campaign strategy, content ideation, and consumer behavior.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating previous campaign growth, engagement, and measurable results.
• Experience with influencer marketing and brand partnerships is highly preferred.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar creative tools is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Must be innovative, commercially aware, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

Salary
N400,000 – M500,000 per month.
