Job Title: Creative Arts Strategic Teacher

Location: Benin City, Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Primary Responsibilities

• Support the Head of After-School in creative arts curriculum review, lesson planning, and program development.
• Train and mentor teachers in creative arts to enhance instructional effectiveness.
• Assist in coordinating the day-to-day operations of the after-school program, ensuring smooth execution of activities.
• Handle administrative tasks related to program operations.
• Track and report on academy operations, student progress, and program impact in creative arts.
• Facilitate effective communication between students, parents, and mentors.
• Manage after-school facilities in line with operational guidelines and support ASA kids in maintaining them properly.
• Submit weekly reports to the Head of After-School.
• Organise meetings, training sessions, and workshops for teachers and students in relation to creative arts
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience—working with children on virtual arts and storytelling.
• Proven experience in developing and using instructional materials effectively in lesson delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to lead student-centred classrooms effectively.
