Summary

• We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Mobile Equipment Technician – Electrical to maintain and repair our fleet of Mobile Harbor Cranes, spreaders, and other terminal equipment.
• This role is critical in ensuring our equipment operates reliably, safely, and cost-effectively—supporting consistent service delivery and business performance.

Responsibilties

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems on cranes and terminal equipment.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment uptime and availability.
• Troubleshoot electrical and control systems to resolve breakdowns quickly and efficiently.
• Work closely with the Crane Supervisor to execute maintenance plans and improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and time taken.
• Assist in recovering equipment involved in incidents using proper rigging procedures.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and promote a culture of safety.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical / Vocational qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with Mobile Harbor Cranes or similar container handling equipment.
• Knowledge of rigging procedures and safety protocols.
