Job Title: Country Manager (Sales and Marketing)

Job Summary

• As our Country manager, you will be responsible for building a team, developing strategies, managing budgets, setting forecasts and targets, and ensuring consistency, availability, visibility, and brand message across channels.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, mentor, and control a team of sales and marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, innovation, and above all – a focus on results.
• Create and execute marketing strategies that align with the organization’s objectives and contribute to growth.
• Lead the brand management team to expand our range of product and service brands, ensuring consistency and alignment with overall brand positioning.
• Monitor and assess our own as well as competitive product performance through ad hoc and continuous research, as well as analysis of sales data.
• Develop and implement brand marketing plans (BTL Focus)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
• Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience developing and implementing marketing strategies in West Africa.
• Hands-on experience with thedevelopment, implementation, and coordination of BTL activities.

Salary
USD1,500 per month.
