Job Title: Country Manager

About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead the Nigerian business through its next phase of growth and rebuilding.
• The role will oversee sales, profitability, working capital, collections, operations and team performance, with a strong focus on driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own overall Nigeria business performance and profitability.
• Drive B2B sales to ₦500M/month by Month 6 and ₦1B/month by Month 12.
• Manage key pharmacy and wholesale accounts.
• Lead the Business Development, Credit & Recovery, Collections and Operations teams.
• Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and retention.
• Oversee working capital, cash flow and collections, maintaining 97.5%+ collection rates.
• Build relationships with key industry stakeholders and report business performance to the CEO.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Pharmacy, Economics or related field.
• 7–10 years’ experience in commercial, sales, operations or general management.
• At least 3 years’ P&L experience, preferably with significant business volume.
• Proven track record of growing revenue and leading teams across multiple locations.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals, FMCG, fintech, banking, microfinance, trade credit or B2B distribution.
• Strong knowledge of sales, credit, collections and working capital.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills.
• Fluent in English and Yoruba.
• Based in Ibadan or willing to relocate.
• Willing to travel and must have access to a reliable vehicle.
• Must currently be in a similar senior-level role.

What We Offer

• Salary: N1,200,000 – N1,500,000 gross/month
• Uncapped 5% profit share above break-even
• 0.25% – 0.50% equity after 12 months
