Job Title: Cost Control Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Budget Development: Develop and manage detailed project budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Cost Control & Tracking: Monitor expenditures, track variances, and implement measures to prevent budget overruns.
• Financial Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Analysis & Optimization: Conduct financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.
• Collaboration: Partner with project managers, procurement, and operations teams to optimize costs.
• Process Improvement: Streamline costing processes, implement digital tools, and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in cost management, financial planning, or project cost control.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to interpret financial data and identify trends.
• Certification: Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA.
• Communication: Ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
