Job Title: Corporate Services, Accounts & Compliance Officer

Job Summary

• We are looking for a highly organised and dependable professional to oversee Accounts, Administration, HR Support and Corporate Compliance.
• Someone with experience in the Construction, Real Estate Development and Aviation sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain financial records, invoices, payments and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare payroll information, expense reports and basic management accounts.
• Manage office administration, procurement records and documentation.
• Support HR administration, recruitment, onboarding and employee records.
• Maintain company licences, permits, contracts and statutory records.
• Monitor compliance deadlines and liaise with external accountants, auditors and legal advisers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar multifunctional role.
• Strong bookkeeping, administrative and document management skills.
• Good knowledge of Nigerian employment practices and corporate compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail.

Salary
N350,000 – N400,000 / month.
