Responsibilities (Interstate Operations)

• The Corporate Driver is primarily responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of company executives, clients, and sensitive materials across interstate routes. Key duties include meticulous trip planning using GPS and traffic monitoring systems, conducting comprehensive vehicle safety inspections, and maintaining detailed logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance records.
• The role demands strict adherence to DOT regulations, including Hours of Service compliance, while ensuring passenger comfort and timely arrivals.
• Additional responsibilities encompass basic vehicle upkeep (fluid checks, tire rotations), secure handling of confidential documents or high-value cargo, and professional representation of the company brand during all interactions.
• With specialized interstate driving experience, the ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in navigating diverse terrain and weather conditions, managing fatigue through proper rest periods, and responding effectively to road emergencies.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualification with 3-5 years experience.
• The position requires flexibility for extended hours, overnight travel, and adaptive routing, along with strong communication skills to coordinate with dispatch and administrative teams.
