Job Title: Corporate Modern Trade Executive

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Corporate Modern Trade Executive to drive sales growth, build stretegic relationships with key modern trade partners, and ensure optimal bfrand visibility.
  • This role requires an individual with a deep understandong of the modern trade landscape and excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Key Reponsibilities

  • Develop and execute startegies to grow sales and market share within the modern gtrade channel.
  • Identify and onbaord new modern trade partners while stregthening relationships with existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with key accounts to plan promotions, product displays, and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor slaes performance and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with modern trade partners to achieve win-win outcone.
  • Ensure optimal stock levels, timely deliveries, and efficient merchandising in all oulets.
  • Work closely with internal teams ( e.g., markeing, supply chain) to align startegies and meet customer expectations.
  • Provide regular reports on slaes performance, competitor activities, and market insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in modern trade sales, corporate sales, or ley account management.
  • Strong knowledege of the modern trade sector and retail operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, genertate actionable insights, and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsofy Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working indpendently.
