Job Title: Corporate Finance and Treasury Manager

About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to be responsible for financial planning and analysis, investment evaluation, cash flow and liquidity management, budgeting (including cash budgets), preparation of financial statements, and strategic financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting activities.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial performance reports.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely salary payments.
• Monitor cash flow, investments, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and audit requirements.
• Supervise bank and account reconciliations.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and financial records.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and internal controls.
• Support and develop the finance team to achieve departmental objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification is required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a finance management role.
• Demonstrable ability to prepare investment analysis reports, manage cash flow and improve liquidity, prepare cash budgets and prepare accurate financial statements.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, payroll, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
