Job Summary

• The Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking food according to the company’s recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency, hygiene, and timely delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and portion sizes.
• Ensure all food is cooked to the required standard, taste, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including equipment, utensils, and workstations.
• Monitor stock levels and notify supervisors when ingredients need replenishment.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Assist in menu planning and suggest improvements when necessary.
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Help in receiving and storing food deliveries properly.
• Ensure minimal food waste by properly managing ingredients and preparation.
