Job Description

Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to recipes, menus, and customer preferences.
Ensure all food is prepared and presented to high quality and hygiene standards.
Plan daily food preparation and coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations.
Monitor food stock levels and inform management when supplies need to be restocked.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking equipment.
Follow food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
Assist in menu planning and suggest new dishes or improvements.
Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients to avoid spoilage.
Manage portion control and minimize food waste.
Work efficiently under pressure to meet customer orders and service timelines.
