Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Control Room Operator to manage and coordinate security operations from the control room.
• The successful candidate will ensure efficient monitoring, quick incident response, and strict compliance with company procedures and security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV systems, alarms, access controls, and tracking tools.
• Coordinate and communicate with security personnel and field operatives.
• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies according to SOPs.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and operational records.
• Ensure adherence to security protocols and company standards at all times.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Prior experience in a control room or security operations environment.
• Proficiency in security monitoring systems and relevant computer applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to monitor multiple systems simultaneously.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced security environment.
