Job Title: Contracts Advisor III

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Contracts Advisor III to support project contracting activities from tendering and contract award through contract administration and close-out.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support contracting strategies, plans, ITT packages, and tender processes.
• Lead/support commercial negotiations and contract award recommendations.
• Manage contract administration, Contractor performance, and commercial documentation.
• Coordinate contract changes, amendments, change orders, and subcontracting activities.
• Support invoicing, payment processes, claims avoidance, and contractual correspondence.
• Develop and execute contract close-out activities and settlement of outstanding matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred.
• Previous experience in Contracts Engineering/Administration.
• Experience in commercial negotiations, Contractor management, and contract administration.
• Strong understanding of project execution and contracting principles.
• Relevant professional certification such as CPSM/CPM, APICS, or PMP is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites domestically or internationally.
