Job Title: Continuous Improvement & Capability Development Manager

Job Summary

• Responsible for driving manufacturing excellence across UAC Foods plants by implementing TPM and Lean strategies, optimizing processes, and reducing waste and defects, while leading continuous improvement initiatives and bridging workforce capability gaps.

Requirements

• B.Sc or HND (Engineering, Food Science, or related Sciences).
• Minimum of 7 years managerial experience in beverage manufacturing sector or other FMCGs.
