About the Role

• We are looking for a Content Strategist to develop and execute content strategies that engage, educate, and convert our audience.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial services, digital trends, and content marketing principles to create compelling and data-driven content that enhances brand positioning and drives business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business goals and audience needs
• Conduct research on fintech trends, customer pain points, and competitors to refine content direction
• Plan and oversee content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent content delivery
• Define and implement content guidelines, tone, and messaging to maintain brand consistency
• Write and edit high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, website copy, case studies, whitepapers, and reports
• Work with the design and marketing teams to create engaging multimedia content such as infographics, videos, and social media graphics
• Develop user-friendly content that simplifies complex financial concepts for different audience segments
• Optimize content for SEO, readability, and engagement to drive traffic and conversions
• Develop and manage content distribution strategies across websites, social media, email campaigns, and third-party platforms
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling landing pages and lead magnets that enhance user acquisition
• Monitor audience engagement metrics, social media interactions, and website analytics to measure content performance
• Implement SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization strategies to improve search rankings
• Analyze content performance data and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
• A/B test headlines, CTAs, and content formats to maximize audience engagement and conversion rates
• Work closely with product, sales, and customer support teams to align content with business objectives and customer needs

Requirements

• B.Sc, HND in Marketing, Communication or related field.
• 2 years proven experience in content strategy, copywriting, or digital marketing, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio of published work
• Proficiency in SEO, content analytics, and CMS tools such as WordPress
• Ability to translate complex financial topics into clear and engaging content
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop content that supports marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical skills to assess content performance and make data-driven decisions

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
