Job Title: Content & Email Marketing Specialist (Undergraduate / NYSC)

Summary

• We’re looking for a creative and analytical Content & Email Marketing Magician to craft engaging campaigns, automate communication flows, and grow our audience across multiple channels.
• You’ll work with our content, customer engagement and automation teams to create content that converts.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, follow-ups, nurturing sequences).
• Create compelling copy for email, blogs, and social media.
• Use automation tools to segment audiences and personalize campaigns.
• Manage email CRMs (Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot, etc.)
• Collaborate with designers and developers for landing pages and campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for conversions.
• Support social media scheduling and content planning.
• Familiary with uploading content on wordpress is an added advantage.

What You Bring

• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of email marketing platforms and automation tools.
• Interest in digital marketing, storytelling, and analytics.
• Creative mindset with data-driven thinking.
• Must be a student, pre-NYSC, NYSC, or ≤2 years post-NYSC.

Bonus Points (Not Compulsory):

• Experience with Canva, & Google Workspace Sheets.
• Knowledge of SEO, content planning, or copywriting frameworks.
