Job Summary

• The Content Creator is responsible for producing high-quality visual and written content.This role is primarily production-focused, with limited responsibility for content publishing and basic social media engagement.

Core Role Focus

• 70% – Content Creation (Primary Responsibility)
• 30% – Social Media Support (Secondary Responsibility).

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Production (Primary):

• Create engaging video and photo content for real estate listings
• Shoot and edit property videos, reels, and site updates
• Write clear, engaging captions and basic scripts
• Develop weekly content aligned with marketing campaigns
• Ensure content reflects brand identity and professionalism.

Content Publishing (Support Role):

• Post approved content across social media platforms
• Follow a structured content calendar (provided or co-created)
• Ensure consistency in posting.

Basic Social Media Engagement (Limited Scope):

• Respond to comments and basic inquiries
• Escalate serious leads to the sales team
• Maintain professional tone in interactions.

Collaboration with Sales & Marketing:

• Work with sales team to understand property offerings
• Capture real-time site activities and client experiences
• Support campaign launches with relevant content.

Performance Awareness:

• Track basic content performance (views, engagement)
• Identify what type of content performs best
• Suggest simple improvements.

Key Performance Indicators
Content (70%):

• Number of quality posts per week
• Video quality and creativity
• Timeliness of content delivery
• Relevance to current listings/campaigns.

Social Support (30%):

• Posting consistency
• Response time to comments/DMs
• Basic engagement rate.

Requirements

• Experience in content creation (real estate is a plus)
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
• Good understanding of social media platforms
• Ability to work on-site and in the field.

Work Structure:

• Hybrid role (office + site visits)
• Requires mobility for property shoots
• Occasional weekend availability (for site activities).

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: N150,000
• Hands-on Experience: Exposure to real estate marketing, property shoots, and campaign execution
• Work Structure: Hybrid (office work, site visits, and on-field content creation)
