Role Overview

• We are looking for a talented and imaginative Content & Creative Specialist to join our team onsite in Benin City.
• This role is ideal for a creative professional who blends visual storytelling, design skills, and digital content creation.
• You will play a key role in shaping how Nigeria Markt looks, feels, and communicates across digital platforms and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Primary Focus:
Video Editing & Motion Content:

• Create engaging short-form videos and motion graphics for social media and campaigns
• Edit video content for promotions, product highlights, and brand storytelling
• Add captions, transitions, and visual effects that align with brand style

Graphics Design:

• Design compelling visuals for digital campaigns, ads, and social media
• Create banners, flyers, promotional creatives, and branded materials
• Ensure all designs are visually consistent with Nigeria Markt’s brand identity

Content Creation:

• Develop creative content tailored for social media, paid ads, and promotional campaigns
• Write engaging captions, headlines, and short marketing copy
• Contribute ideas for trends, themes, and campaign concepts

Secondary Support:
Social Content Scheduling:

• Assist in preparing and scheduling content for timely publishing across platforms
• Help maintain a consistent posting calendar

Campaign Execution:

• Support the marketing team during different campaign phases
• Adapt creatives for different platforms and audiences
• Help ensure campaigns are delivered on time with all required assets

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation, graphic design, or digital media
• Strong skills in design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar)
• Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)
• Good understanding of social media trends and content formats
• Strong creativity and attention to visual detail
• Basic copywriting ability for social and promotional content
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Must be based in Benin City and available to work onsite

Nice to Have:

• Experience creating content for a startup, marketplace, or e-commerce brand
• Knowledge of motion graphics or animated text effects
• Understanding of paid ad creatives and performance-focused content.
