Job Title: Content & Client Relationship Intern (Female NYSC Member)

About the Role

• House Unlimited Nigeria is seeking a vibrant female serving NYSC corps member (Batch B) with strong creative and communication skills to join our team as a Content & Client Relationship Intern.
• The ideal candidate will support our marketing and client engagement efforts by creating engaging social media content, managing online interactions, and assisting with client follow-ups and property inspections.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and design social media posts, flyers, and short videos in line with brand guidelines.
• Manage and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Assist with replying to client messages, inquiries, and leads across digital platforms.
• Support the Digital Marketer in campaigns, analytics, and audience engagement.
• Participate in property site visits and help document listings (photos, videos, notes).
• Maintain the client database (CRM) and follow up on potential buyers or tenants.
• Prepare simple weekly reports on social media performance and client interactions.

Requirements

• Must be a serving female NYSC corps member (Batch B) currently posted or willing to serve in Abuja.
• Skilled in content creation, social media management, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and actively participate in on-site inspections.
• Strong sense of responsibility, creativity, and teamwork.

What We Offer
