Job Title: Contact Center Agent

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Job Responsibilities

• Initiate 1500 (300 daily) cold calls per week to Ravenpay customers concerning a reactivation of their account.
• Utilize your product knowledge to Upsell and cross-sell Raven digital products to, especially customers who may be experiencing difficulty in understanding the product that best suits their needs.
• Receive incoming calls related to reactivation and other important matters.
• Escalate to the operation department head related issues communicated by the customers.
• Liaise with the Customer support team concerning new information relating to account reactivation.
• Provide daily and weekly reports on your activities, including ancillary duties.
• Provide thoughtful solutions to customers as they relate to your knowledge of Raven products and services.
• Attend training that is required to upskill your role within and outside the company.
• Partake in other relevant duties in the company relating to improving the company and its brand.
• Any other responsibilities as assigned to you.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 1 – 2 yers work experience.
