We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Consultant, Human Capital

Location: Lagos

Job Objective

  • To perform advanced and specialized hands-on human capital consulting duties in a fast-paced environment while delivering value to clients and the organisation.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of hands-on HR Consulting deliverables for clients
  • Contribute to training interventions for clients by facilitating training & workshops
  • Develop reports and analyses for completed projects
  • Research and prepare content for training and workshops
  • Identify and develop opportunities to sell and cross-sell service lines to new and existing clients
  • Initiate and pursue strategic opportunities to cultivate business partnerships and relationships
  • Develop high-end proposals to secure businesses and partnerships
  • Provide strategic insights to encourage the growth and development of the company
  • Provide high level, timely and professional advice to clients in various capacities including but not limited to HR Business Partnering support
  • Manage client expectations by communicating project status and issues; resolving concerns; analysing time and cost issues; preparing reports
  • Supervise HR operations & strategy related responsibilities within the company
  • Lead projects assigned by the Executive Consultant.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc in Business Administration, Social Sciences or other related fields (minimum of 2:2); professional qualifications in Human Resources will be added advantage
  • 5 – 7 years of working experience. (Human Capital Consulting experience will be added advantage)
  • He/she must have good knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • He/she must have good knowledge of learning & development and understand effective business development.
  • He/she must be detailed and result-oriented and demonstrate a positive attitude and a high level of enthusiasm for the role and field.
  • Good people management skills and ability to multitask
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and contemporary data management software
  • Not more than 30 years.
