Job Title: Construction / Site Engineer

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction / Site Engineer to oversee site operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure that all projects are executed to the highest standard, on schedule and within budget.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong background in civil engineering and on-site project supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all site operations and construction activities.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and safety standards.
• Oversee material usage and ensure timely delivery of resources.
• Maintain daily site records, prepare site reports, and manage project timelines.
• Liaise with local authorities and ensure compliance with building regulations.
• Resolve technical issues and recommend improvements for efficiency.

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree / HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related field.
• 2 – 5 years of relevant experience in real estate or construction projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools and AutoCAD/engineering software.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
