Job Title: Construction Property Manager

Location: Ode-Remo, Ogun

Job Responsibilities

• Oversees the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects.
• Ensures project are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinates various stakeholders, manage resources,
• Adhere to safety regulations.
• Point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and other relevant parties.
• Maintain communication and reporting on project progress.

Requirements
Key requirements include:

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s / Master`s Degree with 4 – 110 years work experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes,
• Building codes
• Safety regulations
• Project planning
• Budgeting
• Cost control.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 monthly.
