Job Summary

• We’re looking for a Construction Project Manager to assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects, ensuring timely delivery and excellent results.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project planning and execution
• Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and resources
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks
• Communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients
• Prepare project reports, updates, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 4 years of experience in project management or coordination
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Deep understanding of local building law
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N250,000 Monthly Net.
