Job Description

• We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Construction Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale construction projects from initiation to completion.
• The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership capability, technical expertise, and proven experience managing complex construction operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline with 10-15 years’ experience in construction project management.
• COREN Registered (mandatory).
• Proven experience managing projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong financial acumen and contract management experience.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and construction best practices.
• PMP Certified is an added advantage.
