We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Construction Foreman

Location: Guzape, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Qualifications

• B.Sc or HND in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, or a relevant field.
• 2–5 years of relevant work experience.

Requirements:

• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure tasks are completed according to instructions.
• Coordinate artisans and assign daily tasks.
• Monitor work progress and report updates to the Site Engineer.
• Ensure construction work meets required quality standards.
• Ensure workers comply with site safety rules and use appropriate PPE.
• Monitor the use of construction materials and report shortages or wastage.
• Perform other relevant tasks as assigned.

Skills:

• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of construction methods and site operations.
• Ability to coordinate workers and follow instructions.
• Good problem-solving and reporting skills.
• Willingness to learn and work on construction sites.
