Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a BA / BEd Degree with 0 – 2 years work experience.

Technical Knowledge:

• Understand computers (hardware like CPU, keyboard; software like Windows, Linux).
• Know popular programs (Word, Excel) and programming basics (e.g., Scratch, Python).
• Troubleshoot common problems (fixing errors, connecting devices).

Teaching Skills:

• Explain complex ideas in simple ways.
• Use examples and step-by-step guides.
• Make lessons fun and interactive (like group work or games).

Classroom Management:

• Keep students focused and disciplined.
• Help students of different skill levels (some fast, some slow).
• Use tools (projector, whiteboard) even if resources are limited.

Communication:

• Listen well and speak clearly.
• Be patient and encouraging.
• Use body language and simple words.

Adaptability:

• Learn new technology quickly (like AI or apps).
