We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Compliance & Operations Officer

Location: Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Compliance & Operations Officer to join our team.
  • As a Compliance & Operations Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring staff compliance, verifying customer service transactions, managing records, tracking expenses, preparing work schedules, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the company.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor employee resumption and closing times and maintain attendance records
  • Track staff lateness and follow up on compliance issues
  • Maintain accurate financial and operational records
  • Review and manage employee leave requests in line with company policy
  • Prepare and share monthly work schedules
  • Track company expenses and financial losses
  • Handle internal and external communications
  • Monitor office supplies and arrange purchases when necessary
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management or supervisor.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Candidate must reside in Benin City.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good record-keeping and organisational skills
  • High level of integrity and accountability
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs (especially spreadsheet)
  • Good time-management skills.

Salary
N120,000 / month.
