We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Compliance and Internal Control Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and operational procedures.
• Assist in conducting internal control reviews and compliance checks.
• Identify control gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare compliance and internal control reports.
• Support risk assessment and audit activities.
• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to approved processes.
• Assist in investigating compliance breaches and operational irregularities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 2–4 years relevant experience in Compliance, Internal Control, Audit, or Risk Management.
• Experience in banking or financial services is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Good knowledge of regulatory compliance and internal control principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Professional certifications will be an added advantage.
