Job Description

• We are hiring a diligent and well-organized Company Secretary to handle administrative and compliance tasks, support the executive team, and ensure smooth corporate operations.
• This position requires someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain statutory records and file regulatory documents
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and board resolutions
• Manage company correspondence and legal documentation
• Ensure compliance with corporate laws and internal policies
• Support senior management with secretarial and administrative duties

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree with a minimum of 3 years experience as a company secretary or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance and administrative processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Must reside within or near Ibafo, Ogun State

Salary
N160,000 Monthly. (Gross)
