Job Title: Community & Social Media Operations Assistant

Reporting Line: Reports directly to the Social Media Manager.

About the Role

• We are looking for a Community & Social Media Operations Assistant to support our Social Media Manager by ensuring our audience is consistently engaged and our community feels seen, supported, and connected.

Responsibilities and Duties
Community Management

• Respond to comments across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and other social platforms.
• Build genuine relationships with our online community.
• Escalate enquiries requiring management attention.

Audience Engagement:

• Send meaningful direct messages to followers.
• Follow up after Lives and events.
• Engage consistently with our community to increase interaction and trust.

Programme & Event Support:

• Encourage registrations for coaching programmes, webinars, masterclasses and events.
• Support our launch campaigns through community engagement.
• Direct qualified prospects to the appropriate sales process.

Content Distribution:

• Share every new piece of content across our community channels.
• Help maximise content reach through consistent promotion.

Content Operations:

• Upload and schedule content across all platforms.
• Support the Social Media Manager with day-to-day operational tasks.

Audience Growth:

• Engage daily with relevant creators, pages and communities within our niche.
• Identify collaboration opportunities.

Requirements

• Has excellent written English.
• Is highly organised and dependable.
• Has experience using Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
• Is confident engaging people through direct messages and comments.
• Is warm, professional and enjoys building online communities.
• Is proactive, coachable and willing to learn.
• Has a genuine interest in Christian values, relationships and personal development.
• Is comfortable working under the direction of a Social Media Manager.

Compensation
N100,000 – N120,000 / month.
