Job Title: Community Manager

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Reports to: CEO

Responsibilities

• Turns every post, comment, and DM into a pipeline for student admissions — building a community that converts strangers into enrolled, outcome-achieving students.

Outcome: More students admitted:

• Owns the weekly content calendar and full content pipeline — no gaps, no delays
• Manages all community channels: FB, LinkedIn, TikTok, WhatsApp groups & Telegram
• Handles WhatsApp customer support — responds to every enquiry promptly and professionally
• Converts warm content leads into WhatsApp opt-ins and programme enrolments
• Writes all short-form captions and ensures brand voice consistency across platforms
• Monitors comments, DMs, and brand mentions — escalates high-value leads immediately
• Understands Nigerian student admission culture deeply — this is non-negotiable
• Briefs the Content + Creator team and tracks content performance weekly
