• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1-3 years of proven experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role with a track record of engagement growth and community satisfaction.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and community engagement strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to empathize with community members and address concerns with professionalism.
• Creativity in developing engaging and relevant content.
• Knowledge of the real estate market, industry trends, and marketing best practices.
• Ability to adapt to evolving community needs and industry trends.
